Congratulations to The Resurrection Project (TRP), a Chicago non-profit serving the Pilsen neighborhood, on the start of their 45-unit family development, Casa Morelos. The project will offer 41 apartments at 30%, 40% and 50% AMI and 4 market rate units. Construction begins in July 2008 and the project is anticipated to be fully occupied by the end of 2009. Lighten-Gale Group assisted TRP with completing funding and Project-Based Voucher applications.
