Lighten-Gale Group's first client to apply for a tax credit project in Iowa was successful in their first foray into that state and was awarded tax credits in the Iowa Finance Authority's 2010 Tax Credit Round. 3 Diamond Development received tax credits for a 61-unit development for seniors 55 and older to be located in Dubuque. Construction is expected to begin in late Fall 2010.
