are pleased to announce that Lighten-Gale Group prepared three of the
successful FHLB 2006 Round A applications. Our winning clients and their
projects are:

The
Housing Authority of Cook County is in the midst of rehabbing 127
units of housing in south suburban Chicago Heights, called Golden
Towers. The AHP funds are being used to pay for unexpected construction
costs. |

Safeway
Construction was awarded funds to pay for part of the rehabilitation
of Restoration Apartments, a 22-unit project in 8 buildings in
the North Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago. |

The
YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago was awarded funding for its second
phase of new construction senior housing in south suburban Harvey
to supplement its HUD 202 award. |
