Today, the final documents were signed on the Justin Place Apartments project, a 100-unit housing rehabilitation in Kansas City, Missouri. Lighten-Gale Group assisted the developer, Capstone Development, in organizing the financing that brought the deal to a successful close. The layers of financing include, among others, Missouri state tax credits, federal LIHTCs, FHLB AHP, and HOME funds. Existing subordinate debt on the properties (HODAG, CDBG, and others) were successfully refinanced. Construction will be completed in June 2007.
