Lighten-Gale Group is pleased to announce the closing on construction financing for Cook Street Renaissance, a 19-unit assisted living facility located in Springfield, Illinois. The project is sponsored by Fifth Street Renaissance, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for the homeless and near-homeless in the Springfield community. The Springfield Housing Authority will provide property management services and rent subsidy for residents in need. Lighten-Gale Group were the finance consultants for the project. This included assisting the sponsor in obtaining the HOME and Trust Fund financing, finding rental assistance, and bringing the project financing to a closing.
