Project Opportunity Phase IV is up and running. The Turnstone Development program provides low-interest loans to purchase single family units for rental to Section 8 voucher holders in opportunity areas of suburban Cook County. We are now accepting property applications from investor developers.

For Phase IV, Lighten-Gale Group rolled out a web-based application process. Investors can submit their potential properties online, then edit the submissions as more details become available. Lighten-Gale Group and the Metropolitan Planning Commission review the submission, and the investors are notified automatically whether or not the property has been accepted.
