Lighten-Gale Software now accesses a web-based database to retrieve annual Fair Market Rents and Median Incomes as well as monthly Applicable Federal Tax Credit Rates. Lighten-Gale Software users will no longer have to download new versions of the software to get the latest figures; the software will automatically read the new values.

Lighten-Gale Software currently provides national MSA data for 1990 through 2008 and national FMR data for 2002 through 2008
