Congratulations to Lawndale Christian Development Corporation for receiving the Outstanding Community Strategy of the Year honor at the 2008 Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards! LCDC’s provision of affordable housing, health care, and family programs compliments their role as the lead agency for the North Lawndale New Communities Program, a LISC-sponsored revitalization plan. LCDC continues to provide a big boost towards improving the quality of life in the neighborhood. Lighten-Gale Group is proud to be working with LCDC on their many affordable housing projects.
