Lawndale Christian Development Corporation celebrated the grand opening of their Praise Apartments development today. This 32-unit project consists of three substantially rehabilitated walk-up buildings in Chicago's North Lawndale neighborhood. There will also be two ground floor commercial units. Lighten-Gale Group assisted LCDC with the financing, which included funding from a combination of the IHDA Trust Fund, a CDBG loan from the City, and City-allocated LIHTCs.
